Ajyad Capital 2025 Annual General Assembly Meeting

Ajyad Capital B.S.C. successfully held its Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGM) on the 22nd of April 2025 at Downtown Rotana, Bahrain, with Shareholders, Board Members, representatives from the Central Bank of Bahrain, Shari'ah Supervisory Board, and Executive Management Team in attendance.

During the AGM, shareholders reviewed the company's financial performance for the year ended 2024. The meeting also highlighted new initiatives being taken, by the management team within the approved strategy of the board of directors, in order to diversify sources of revenue and enhancing stakeholder value.
