Ajyad Capital today announces that the Board of Directors has unanimously elected Mr. Khaled Abdul Karim Al Fahim as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Al Fahim brings over two decades of distinguished business leadership and governance expertise. His appointment underscores the Board's commitment to long-term success and a strategic vision for the future.

Mr. Al Fahim currently serves as Chairman of Arady Properties and holds several prestigious board positions at leading organizations, including Blacklane, ENBD REIT, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American Intercontinental University in London and a Master's Degree in Diplomacy from the University of Westminster, London.
