(c) (Ajyad) held its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 4th March 2024, at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, in the presence of Ajyad’s Board of Directors, Shareholders, Ajyad’s Executive Management team, and representatives from KPMG, the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
